The role requires a High School diploma, experience in customer service, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); you will handle inquiries with empathy and discretion while supporting daily community operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in answering telephones and customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally.
