Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned bar, inventory the product, and serve guests responsibly.
• Manage inventory, payment transactions, and cleaning of the assigned area.
• Follow management guidelines for alcohol sales and adhere to State and local laws.
• Provide guests with their orders in a timely manner.
• Accurately account for payment transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old; previous bartender experience preferred.
• Good people skills required.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; available to report by 5:00 PM on weekdays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, reach, bend, and climb stairs as needed; able to work in demanding environments.
• Proficiency in reading, writing English, basic math, and computer operation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Additional Information

Starting pay is $7.25 per hour plus tips.
