Job summary

Ivy Park at Mission Viejo, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a friendly Server to support our senior residents in a warm dining environment. You will take orders, serve meals, and ensure a welcoming experience for residents and families.

Responsibilities include accurate POS entry, table setup and bussing, adherence to service etiquette, and maintaining safety and courtesy in a team-driven dining area. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents and families.
• Pass a background check and health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables; clear used dishes between courses.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and etiquette; ensure a safe dining area.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support residents' needs.
