Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Catasauqua, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly company, light home help, errands, and transportation. You’ll work with flexible hours and set your own schedule using the mobile app.

No prior caregiving experience is required. Candidates must be 21+, able to pass background and motor vehicle checks, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, car insurance, a smartphone, and access to a newer vehicle. Earn up to $15 per hour with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• English communication ability.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Smartphone access.
• Vehicle newer than [VEHICLE_YEAR].
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities
