Papa in Hellertown, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly company and light support to older adults and families. Earn up to $15.00/hr, with bonuses and mileage reimbursement depending on location, and work on your own flexible schedule using the Papa app.

No prior caregiving experience needed; must be 21+, have English, a valid US driver’s license, insurance, a smartphone, and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and light assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company.
• Use the Papa app to choose hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours each) and schedule around your life.
