Papa, Inc. in Schnecksville, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly company and practical assistance to older adults and families. No caregiving experience required; flexible schedules and the chance to make a positive community impact.

Responsibilities include light house tasks, errands, transportation, and companionship; use our mobile app to pick 2–4 hour visits and set your own availability. Earn up to $15/hr with bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle (year) or newer.
• No prior caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Help around the house and with errands.
• Provide transportation when needed.
