Papa, Inc. in Hereford, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide companionship, light home help, and transportation for older adults.

Earn up to $15.00/hr with bonuses; mileage reimbursement; flexible scheduling via our mobile app, with typical visits of 2–4 hours. No prior caregiving experience needed; must be 21+, have a valid US driver’s license, and pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Vehicle newer or equal to [VEHICLE_YEAR].
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and share friendly company.
• Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each; create your own schedule
