Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one community support in Brick, NJ. The role focuses on guiding independent daily activities, fostering social connections, and helping a person reach personal goals.

Schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays 9 AM–3 PM, with driving on shift required. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, and includes onboarding, background checks, and training support.

Qualificações

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred
• Driving required
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsabilidades

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community.
• Provide community support to an individual with behaviors
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
