Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Community Support Mentor / Direct Support Professional to provide individualized support to an adult with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Brick, New Jersey community. Driving during shifts is required.

The role is one-to-one, focusing on helping the individual build independence, stay engaged in the community, and work toward personal goals. You will complete documentation and communicate with the Kindly team on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.
• Relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Help build independence and keep the individual engaged in the community.
• Complete service documentation and communicate with the Kindly team.
