The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is seeking a part-time Community Relations Assistant in Manchester, NH. The role supports donor relations, event logistics, and communications to help grow community partnerships.

Based at 2 Wall Street, the position involves managing donations in Salsa, producing acknowledgments, coordinating event materials, and maintaining donor lists. A $1,000 sign-on bonus applies to all non-clinical positions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of related administrative experience in a business environment.
• Experience with CRM non-profit database.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter donations in Salsa and submit batch reports to accounting.
• Create acknowledgements based on donation type.
• Assemble gear for community events (tents, tables, chairs, giveaways, brochures).
• Inventory and organize promotional items and brochures.
• Write meeting minutes.
• Deliver daily mail.
• Track event presentations, attendees and costs; staff donations and awards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
