Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, solution-focused customer service to visitors and resolve minor concerns.
• Provide technical assistance and instruction on use of equipment and facilities.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, distributing promotional materials and supporting community engagement.
• Independently lead recreational programs, ensuring safety and quality.
• Assist in developing and implementing program schedules, activity plans and event logistics.
• Prepare activity areas, set up equipment and supplies, and ensure proper cleanup and storage after use.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Report maintenance needs and assist with room setups and cleanliness.
• Engage participants to foster involvement, safety, and inclusivity.
• Monitor program areas for safety and policy compliance.
