29 Acres is a nonprofit organization near Crossroads, TX, seeking a Community Operations Assistant to support the Property Management team. The role focuses on safety, maintenance, and resident support in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities include maintenance follow-through, cleanings, resident concerns, event support, inspections, transportation, and advocacy. Evening and weekend shifts are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School GED.
• CPR/First aid (training provided).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Must hold a valid Texas driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining safety standards on the NCH property.
• Complete maintenance list assigned by Property Manager.
• Complete regular cleaning on checklist as directed by Property Manager.
• Address residents' concerns and needs in a timely manner.
• Assist Property Manager with scheduled events on the property.
• Assist manager in performing regular property inspections.
• Provide scheduled transportation to residents using company vehicles.
• Serve as an advocate for residents.
• Collaborate with other professionals while maintaining a “can do” attitude.
• Perform other assignments as delegated by leadership.
