The Assistant Property Manager (APM) will help keep the living community in Cross Roads, TX clean and well-maintained, handle maintenance tasks and respond to resident concerns, with focus on safety and welcoming environment.
This part-time position requires evenings and weekends, a High School diploma, CPR/First Aid training, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

29 Acre’s living community is located in Crossroads Texas approximately 30 miles north of Dallas. Located near the shores of Lake Lewisville, 29 Acres is a quiet community yet is only minutes away from the University of North Texas and all the major services and activities of the Dallas metroplex. It is easily accessible from several highways serving the North Texas area.
As a key member reporting to the Property Manager, this role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. The APM is responsible for keeping the community clean and well-maintained, handling both maintenance tasks and client concerns to create an inviting atmosphere.
Environments include indoor (e.g. office, house, classroom), outdoor and driving and resultant climate variations. May include required strength/endurance (e.g. lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.), exposure to injury (e.g. biting, hitting, kicking) and/or other hazards (e.g. bodily fluids). Must have the physical ability to respond appropriately to situations that require first aid or CPR. Must be able to assist the adults in emergency situations. Must have the strength to maintain constant supervision of adults in all activities.
