Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Covington, LA seeks a part-time Program Director to help grow its LifeWise program in the local community. You will build relationships with schools, parents, churches and supporters, and lead fundraising efforts while coordinating volunteers and events.

The role involves overseeing program operations, scheduling, enrollment and compliance, with a flexible schedule totaling roughly 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build Community Relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members; serve as a trusted LifeWise Academy representative.
• Lead fundraising and donor engagement, including communications, events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Recruit, train, support and coordinate team members while ensuring a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee program operations: scheduling, enrollment, budgeting assistance and compliance with policies.
