Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to lead community engagement, fundraising, and daily operations for the LifeWise program in Lafayette, Indiana. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families while guiding a team to ensure safe, effective classes and events.

The role emphasizes fundraising, donor stewardship, and ministry-focused leadership in a flexible, mission-driven environment. Some daytime school-hour availability and occasional events are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead local fundraising and donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, support team members and foster a welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
