LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow the LifeWise program in the community. You will build strong partnerships with schools, churches and families while leading fundraising efforts and coordinating volunteers and staff.

The role emphasizes a Christ-centered, welcoming culture; you will manage scheduling, enrollment and program operations to ensure smooth classes and impactful ministry.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or volunteer coordination is helpful.
• Heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communications and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a welcoming, Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; maintain program operations.
