LifeWise Academy in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a part-time Program Director to grow and sustain our LifeWise Bible education initiative in local public schools during school hours.

The role emphasizes building community partnerships, coordinating fundraising, leading and supporting volunteers, and managing program operations with integrity and a Christ-centered focus. You will collaborate with school staff, parents and church partners to expand impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising or administration is helpful.
• Heart for the mission and ability to work with schools, churches and communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Communicate LifeWise's vision and impact to the community.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communications.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; assist budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
