Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, coordinate fundraising, and oversee day-to-day operations and a Christ-centered team culture.

Some daytime hours during school times and occasional events are expected. The role emphasizes community leadership, fundraising strategy and strong communication to sustain partnerships and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or volunteer coordination is helpful
• Heart for the mission and a track record of working with diverse community groups are essential

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with schools, parents, churches and community members
• Lead local fundraising efforts and donor communications
• Recruit, train and support program team members; foster a welcoming, Christ-centered culture
• Oversee program operations: scheduling, enrollment, budgeting and compliance
• Ensure professionalism and partnership with local schools, churches and community partners
