Job summary

The Resource Connection of Amador and Calaveras Counties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Outreach Educator to provide education and resources on domestic violence and sexual assault to school-aged children, parents, and community members in Calaveras County.

You will work with local schools to develop and present programs, maintain materials, and document attendance and outcomes. The role requires evening availability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services or education is required.
• Ability to develop and present educational programs.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and resources on domestic violence and sexual assault to students, parents and community members.
• Develop, prepare and present educational programs for Calaveras County schools.
• Maintain documentation of presentations and attendance; update materials as needed.
• Collaborate with schools and community partners to support DV/SA advocacy.
