Job summary

Legacy Communities is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance team member to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our manufactured home community in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on landscaping, general repairs, cleaning, and ensuring a safe, well-kept environment for residents.

You will handle landscaping, water meter readings, notices to residents, and preventative maintenance while coordinating with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Understand health and safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping around clubhouse, park, and common areas.
• Perform monthly water meter readings and basic repairs.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Maintain community pool in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Respond to after-hours water and sewer emergencies and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow-ups on repair work.
• Conduct safety inspections and meet workload deadlines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
