Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to grow the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families to advance the mission.

You will lead local fundraising efforts, donor communications, and coordinate volunteers, while ensuring classes run smoothly and safely. This role requires mission-driven leadership and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or community engagement is helpful
• A heart for the mission is essential

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Lead fundraising campaigns and donor communications
• Recruit, train and support team members; ensure safe, welcoming environment
• Oversee enrollment, scheduling and basic administrative tasks
