Job summary

Associa is seeking a part-time Community Compliance Inspector to conduct on-site property inspections at a Master Homeowner Association in Columbia, SC. The role requires driving the inspector's own vehicle with mileage reimbursed monthly, and inspections occur in a 20-24 hour per week cap.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and observational skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient with tablet software to record violations and generate routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Work inside (20%) and outside (80%) of the office.
• Drive through the community to inspect property and common areas.
• Investigate complaints and respond as directed.
• Note and record all new violations and update existing violations.
• Maintain data and update violations via tablet, smartphone, or computer.
• Communicate with the manager, staff, or clients.
• Produce reports as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
