Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in varied settings and adapt to changing environments.
• Manual tasks such as standing, lifting, and walking daily are necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
• Travel in the community is a normal part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities in attaining social and work-related goals.
• Work independently in community settings and visit local venues.
• Plan activities and help participants volunteer.
• Collaborate with team members to support participants effectively.
