Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Experience in Maintenance/Janitorial/Custodian preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and quality; work efficiently.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail restrooms daily; restock supplies.
• Clean offices and workspace daily.
• Maintain hallways free of clutter; clean fixtures.
• Replace bulbs; maintain emergency exit lights.
• Clean baseboards and polish surfaces.
• Set up and take down tables/chairs per direction.
• Clean entrance doors and glass; maintain exterior areas.
• Empty trash daily; sweep, vacuum, wax floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment; keep area tidy.
• Perform minor maintenance such as painting or light plumbing.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Kroc Works Coordinator.
