Key duties include overseeing volunteers and visitors, assisting in kitchen operations, coordinating recreational activities, setting up spaces, and helping plan events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a community center environment preferred.
• Ability to read and write well and communicate effectively.
• Relate well with youth, children, and unhoused persons.
• Valid driver's license; TSA MVR a plus; ARC CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee volunteers and visitors during activities in the community center.
• Enforce rules as necessary.
• Assist in kitchen operations, including processing grocery donations and meal service.
• Assist in leagues, rentals, and other recreational opportunities.
• Mediate disputes among participants with sensitivity to all parties.
• Set up and take down work and play areas before and after activities.
• Assist in planning community center special events.
• Assist in custodial upkeep throughout the community center.
• Train volunteers and visitors in the care and use of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and organize all gymnasium supplies and equipment.
