Job summary

First Interstate Bank in McIntosh, SD seeks an Associate Community Banker for a part-time position. You will deliver personalized client service, manage accounts, and handle teller transactions while identifying loan needs.

You will refer clients to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management, documenting activity in the 360 View. Banking experience is preferred and regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains consumer checking and savings accounts and basic business accounts.
• Performs teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Discusses loan needs and processes basic consumer loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management.
• Builds relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up with clients.
