Asset Living in Minneapolis is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property.
You will show units, process leases, greet prospects, and close sales while keeping leasing data current and supporting retention programs. Regular onsite presence and teamwork with staff are essential.

The Community Assistant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour to $15 per hour.
