Job summary

Cal State East Bay is seeking a part-time College Link Program Assistant Coordinator to support ASD students’ academic advising, social activities, and program operations. You will coordinate advising appointments, track UEP progress, and help manage coaches and volunteer events.

The role emphasizes data analysis and iterative program improvements, under the CLP Program Coordinator. A strong background in MS365 and collaborative teamwork is preferred for effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Very good customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and project outcomes.
• Experience coordinating services for post-secondary students and ASD populations.
• Familiarity with MS365 and common university software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CLP students’ academic advising participation and related activities.
• Plan and oversee CLP social outings and volunteer days.
• Analyze program data and help develop improved service delivery models.
• Develop End of Semester Reports and UEP progress alongside the Program Coordinator.
• Support scheduling of academic coaches and track student progress.
