Cal State East Bay is hiring for a part-time College Link Program Coordinator to support ASD students through academic advising, social activities, and volunteer events. PLEASE NOTE: The starting salary placement depends onqualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the rangeof $2,183.50 per month to $2,715.00 per month (Step 1 to Step12).

About the Position

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position.
The College Link Program (CLP) provides specialized supportservices, not covered by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA),for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program helpsstudents who have been diagnosed with ASD transition and succeed inthe higher education environment by leveraging their individualstrengths to facilitate academic and social success. The CLP stafffosters student educational, career, social and independent livingskills through creative and flexible approaches to individualneeds.
This position involves coordinating aspects of the College LinkProgram. Under the guidance of the CLP Program Coordinator, thisposition coordinates CLP students’ academic advising participation,social outings and volunteer days, coach training, and UniversityEducational Plans (UEPs). Additionally, this position entailsanalyzing the operational effectiveness of CLP and developingchanges in service delivery models to better meet programmaticgoals.
