Job summary

Diana Health is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Chattanooga, TN, to provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care in collaboration with our OB/GYN team. You will manage intrapartum and postpartum care, participate in labor and delivery coverage, and contribute to quality initiatives while maintaining work-life balance.

Ideal candidates hold AMCB, TN RN/APRN licenses, and prefer NRP/BLS certifications; strong communication and collaborative skills are essential in our

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Value patient preferences, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach.
• NRP certification preferred; BLS certification by start date.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic, including obstetric and gynecologic services.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage.
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients with RNs and OB/GYNs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events.
