Job summary

Diana Health, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking CNMs to join a dynamic OB/CNM practice in our outpatient clinic, delivering full-scope midwifery care.

You will collaborate with OB/GYNs and the care team, provide day-to-day labor and delivery coverage, triage obstetric patients, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.

Active AMCB certification and TN RN/APRN licenses are preferred; NRP/BLS by start date are also desirable; relocation stipend available.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum OB triage in hospital setting; 2 yrs preferred.
• Collaborative OB/CNM practice experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Value patient preferences and holistic care approach.
• NRP and BLS certifications by start date (preferred).
• AMCB certification active.
• TN RN and APRN licenses active.
• Extra certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Fetal Monitoring, Lactation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors.
• Provide day-to-day Labor & Delivery coverage and in-house clinical support.
• Triage obstetric patients with RNs and OB/GYNs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend drills for high acuity/low frequency events.
