Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Part-Time CNA for day shifts (6 AM to 6 PM). You will answer call lights, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor residents’ dietary needs while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements and on-the-job training tailored to experience. Current CNA certification and a caring approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Demonstrated compassionate communication with residents and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure proper diets.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure comfort and dignity.
