Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Part-Time CNA for day shifts (6 AM to 6 PM). You will answer call lights, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor residents’ dietary needs while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements and on-the-job training tailored to experience. Current CNA certification and a caring approach are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.

• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.

What You'll Do:

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs

• Turn and reposition residents while in bed

• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising

• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed

• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary

• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

• Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified

On-the-job training is provided, tailored to your individual experience and comfort level.
