Action Health Staffing in Greenville, NC seeks a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join as a part-time Staffing Coordinator. The role runs 12:00–17:00, three days per week, providing direct patient care and coordinating client care plans in the home setting.

You will maintain accurate records, uphold patient rights, and follow the Plan of Care while delivering compassionate, respectful service to each client.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals with client dietary considerations.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
• Light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain complete records required by agency and report changes in condition.
• Complete EVV task entries and adhere to Plan of Care.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and respect patient rights.
• Notify supervisor with questions or concerns.
