Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Oregon CNA certification.
• Current Provider BLS.
• At least 1 year CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient needs to supervising nurse.
• Observe, report and document patient status and care.
• Read and record temperature, pulse and respirations.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Understand body mechanics and safe transfers.
• Monitor patient nutrition and fluid intake.
