Responsibilities

• Communicate patient needs to supervising RN.
• Observe, report, and document patient status and care.
• Record vitals (temperature, pulse, respirations) accurately.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Understand and apply body mechanics and safety guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and follow procedures.
• Perform personal hygiene and grooming tasks safely.
• Support transfers and ambulation of patients.
• Monitor nutrition and fluid intake.
• Participate in in-service trainings.
