Valley Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for part-time, mid shift in Winchester, VA. You will assist with daily patient care under a nurse's supervision, help with mobility, hygiene, and comfort, and maintain safety in a busy oncology setting.

This role requires a Virginia or WV CNA registry listing, BLS, and strong communication. Ideal candidates have a patient-focused attitude, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred. Registry as CNA required in VA/WV depending on location.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Must understand growth and development for patient interaction across ages.
• Reliable phone communication with hospital is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine personal care duties for patients under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and report any problems.
• May act as preceptor for new CNAs as experience grows.
