Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bothell, WA is seeking a compassionate CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and quality of life, with part-time daytime shifts between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

You will follow the client's care plan, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and communicate with family and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bothell, Washington.

SCHEDULE

Part-Time | Various Days of the Week | Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM

• Flexible part-time daytime schedule.
• Shifts scheduled on various days of the week.
• Hours will fall between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
• Specific workdays and shift times will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Additional shifts may be available.

COMPENSATION

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support with daily living activities while creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client. You will work independently while following the client's care plan and communicating with the family and care team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable to the position.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
