Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personalized in-home support for a local client. The role focuses on daily living activities, safety, and preserving independence with a warm, patient approach.

Daily daytime shifts, 4 hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with compensation $21.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include personal care, meals, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship in a supportive home

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required for the assignment.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to care-giving.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care instructions.
• Basic meal preparation and light housekeeping skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to perform essential care-giving duties.
• Active CNA, HCA or Completion of training
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and ambulation inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals while following the client's dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended daily activities.
• Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
• Assist with shopping and accompany the client on errands when needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and other care team members.
• Follow the established care plan and respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations.

Schedule
