Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Burien, WA is seeking a compassionate CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide in-home care. The role offers a part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday daytime schedule with pay between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will follow the client's care plan, assist with daily living activities, and communicate with the family and care team to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for the client.

Formación

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.

• Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Burien, Washington.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Part-time position
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Consistent weekday daytime schedule
• Other shifts may also be available

COMPENSATION

$21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support with daily living activities while creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client. You will work independently while following the client's care plan and communicating with the family and care team as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing as needed.

• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable to the position.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

No driver's license or personal vehicle is required for this position.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
