Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care of King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for a Bothell client. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety, and follow the care plan while coordinating with family and the care team.

The role emphasizes independence, dignity, and high-quality in-home support, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability and endurance to perform required caregiving tasks.
• Active CNA or HCA
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals while following dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist clients with prescribed exercises and activities.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks the client cannot complete independently.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands as needed.
• Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations.

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bothell, WA. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation

$21.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment
