Visiting Angels of Sacramento is hiring a Part Time Certified Nurse Aide to support seniors in Sacramento area communities. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time shifts, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meal planning, mobility support, and medication reminders. Must meet health and safety standards and maintain EVV documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 with shot record.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes at scheduled times.
• Capable of housekeeping and cooking per dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background checks).
• Able to use a smartphone for EVV and caregiver notes.
• Pass extensive background checks including Live Scan.
• Have a negative TB screening within the last 90 days.
• Registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients handle personal care and hygiene.
• Managing light housekeeping.
• Encouraging clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompting clients to take medications on time.
• Helping clients with shopping or grocery orders.
• Planning and preparing meals with clients.
• Assisting clients with mobility and doctor visits and daily walks.
