Job summary

Autumn Glen in Minnesota is seeking a Part Time PM Shift Caregiver or CNA to join our caring team. The role provides routine daily care to residents per the assessment and service plan, ensuring dignity and safe, respectful support.

Shifts run 2:30pm–10:30pm. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required. Wage range is $18.50–$22 per hour, with emphasis on resident welfare and teamwork in a facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in an assisted living or long-term care facility.
• If a CNA, hold an active MN CNA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Assist with transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Report resident changes to supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings.
• Respond to resident needs and requests for care promptly.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nurse.
