Optalis Healthcare (Health & Rehabilitation Centers) in Wyoming is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for part-time shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support their care plans, maintaining a homelike environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, hygiene, documenting changes, and adhering to infection control and confidentiality policies. Prior CNA experience preferred; GED or high school diploma required.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Completion of state-approved CNA training within 4 months of hire.
• State Nurse Aide Registry verification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care such as bathing, feeding and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds and distribute nourishments.
• Maintain personal and oral hygiene of patients.
• Provide direct care to residents according to their care plans.
• Document and revise the resident's FYI record as needed.
• Follow infection control and Universal Precautions policies.
• Respond to patient needs promptly.
