Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care duties such as bathing, feeding and assisting with activities of daily living and designated procedures.
• Makes beds and maintains an orderly environment; distributes nourishments.
• Maintains personal and oral hygiene of patients.
• Provides direct care to residents per their plan of care.
• Assists with planning, implementing and evaluating care plans; documents the FYI record.
• Follows infection control policies and uses PPE as indicated.
