Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to ensure residents receive careful, compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
