Job summary

Four Winds Manor, Inc. in Verona, WI is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the AM shift. You will support residents with daily living activities under an RN, ensuring safety and quality care in a respectful environment.

The role offers a competitive starting pay of $21.00–$23.70 per hour, with shift differentials and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over one year. PTO and access to earned wages are also provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course and valid Wisconsin license required.
• Experience with older adults, dementia care and rehabilitation residents preferred.
• Medication passing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living under RN supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
• Provide compassionate, quality care while upholding residents’ rights and dignity.
