Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license to practice as a CNA/STNA.
• Completed CNA/STNA course.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and follow infection control procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation and vitals.
• Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
