Job summary

The Stratford is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2nd shift (3p-11p) on a part-time basis in Carmel, IN. Located at 2460 Glebe St, this role supports residents with daily activities and personalized care, emphasizing dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• State Certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
• Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers).
• Assist residents with dining: escorting, taking orders, serving, feeding, meal prep, cleanup.
• Assist with housekeeping: bed making, trash removal, laundry, room/bathroom cleaning.
• Lead and assist with life enrichment activities and participate in programming.
• Escort residents to scheduled programming and participate in outings/day trips as needed.
