Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship while maintaining a positive environment.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Perform routine health monitoring by conducting vital checks.
• Encourage resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment.
